How often do you go out to a fantastic restaurant, just to be disappointed by their (lack of) customer service? Well, it's happened to me more than once. An eatery is only as good as its food AND service. While I'm not an expert in the culinary industry, I have years of customer service training and experience and will soon apply this perspective to dining establishments....I will explore places for food and amazing client service.
